The real history of massage is a little known and imperfect. There is some speculation that massage might have first been used as an alternative medicine in ancient China. The history of massage therapy dates back around 3000 BCE (previously ) from India, whereby it had been considered as a sacred practice of healing. Used chiefly by Hindus from Ayurveda medication, massage was finally a practiced ability passed down across generations from generation to heal nerves and loosen tight muscles, stimulate immune system, and boost general wellness.
The expression'massage' actually developed from two distinct sources. One is the term'meditation' (mantra) and the second is'the rubbing or kneading of parts of the human body for the sake of rest and relaxation'.
